項目按葫蘆島鋅業股份有限公司含銅原料生產陰極銅項目生產格局規劃，以反射爐鉛冰銅、冰銅渣、置換銅渣等含銅物料為原料，經磨礦、常壓浸出、氧壓浸出、高效+旋流選擇性電積等工藝技術處理生產標準陰極銅產品5000噸/年。

科菲公司從簽項目以來，對項目可行性進行反復論證，通過技術人員的日夜辛勞，完成了工程建設咨詢、方案可研、初步設計、施工圖設計；于2018年9月底開始緊鑼密鼓安裝施工，在2019年4月進行了空載聯動，2019年4月26日順利出銅。

項目的成功投產，標志著葫蘆島鋅業含銅原料生產陰極銅工程冶煉項目的順利竣工，該項目充分利用鋅業公司內部資源和閑置設備設施，進行有價金屬綜合回收，顯著提高了葫蘆島鋅業公司整體經濟效益。

浙江科菲科技股份有限公司承攬了江西自立環保科技有限公司加壓浸出改造項目，該項目是連續性加壓浸出生產線優化改造加壓浸出系統改造工程。從項目簽訂開始，公司傾入了大量的技術力量，從方案論證、工藝設計、設備制造、安裝施工、調試運行各個方面入手，力爭做到精益求精！

整個項目前期有著全體工作人員的艱辛與日夜堅守！現在生產線經過168小時的試運行，正式進入生產階段！

本項目對原生產線中的預浸系統、給料系統、加壓系統、閃蒸系統及排料系統和與之配套相關的控制安全系統進行優化提升改造，從而達到每天處理100~120t/d綜合廢料處理的能力。通過加壓連續加壓浸出將綜合廢料中的銅進行選擇性加壓浸出，從而實現銅鎳與鐵、硅、鈣等有效選擇性分離，不但實現有價金屬銅的直接變現，同時為下一步鐵、硅、鈣資源化回收創造了良好條件。

該項目的成功投產，體現了科菲公司在連續加壓浸出領域的專業能力和技術力量，同時也讓公司的綜合競爭力提升到了一個新的高度！

1.1工作原理

所有的電解技術均建立在電化學基礎理論之上，旋流電解技術也不例外。傳統的電解技術是將陰陽極放置在緩慢流動或停滯的槽體內，在電場的作用下，陰離子向陽極定向移動，陽離子向陰極定向移動，通過控制一定的技術條件，欲獲得的金屬陽離子在陰極得到電子沉積析出，從而得到電解產品。

陰極反應：金屬離子在陰極得到電子形成金屬

Me+(aq)+e- →Me(S)

陽極反應： 陰極得到的電子需要通過陽極失去電子來平衡。陽極有幾個可能的反應，最主要的反應是溶液中的水氧化產生氧氣，反應如下：

2H2O → O2(g)+4H++4e-

當電解液中的金屬濃度降低時，很難保證金屬在陰極還原而不發生其它反應。

在金屬濃度較低時最容易發生的化學反應是氫氣的產生，如下：

旋流電解技術是基于各金屬離子理論析出電位（E￠）的差異，即欲被提取的金屬只要與溶液體系中其他金屬離子有較大的電位差，則電位較正的金屬易于在陰極優先析出，其關鍵是通過溶液告訴旋流來消除濃差極化等對電解的不利因素，避免了在傳統電解過程受多種因素（離子濃度、析出電位、濃差極化、超電位、pH值等）影響的限制，可以通過簡單的技術條件生產出高質量的金屬產品。

以硫酸銅溶液的電解（電積）過程為例，旋流電解裝置中發生的反應如下： 直流電使得電子在陽極（正極）和陰極進行轉移。陽極上進行的反應消耗電子（氧化反應），陰極上的反應是得到電子的反應（還原反應）。

2價銅離子在陰極表面被還原成金屬銅：

在陰極上得到的電子必須與在陽極上失掉的電子平衡。陽極上發生的反應可能性有多種，最可能發生的水的析氧反應。

把反應1和反應2進行歸納，總反應可以表述如下：

電流效率主要由除了銅在陰極還原的反應之外的其它反應來決定。理想狀態下，在陰極發生的反應是銅離子在陰極還原形成銅金屬。如果這是唯一的一個陰極反應的話，電流只是用于沉積銅離子，此時電流效率為100%

當電解液中的銅濃度降低時，很難保證銅在陰極還原而不發生其它反應。在銅濃度較低時最容易發生的化學反應是氫氣的產生，如下：

1.2旋流電解裝置概述

旋流電解裝置是集工藝裝備、電氣設備與控制系統于一體的綜合系統。工藝過程是電解溶液通過溶液輸送泵從貯槽送到按設計排列與布局的旋流電解槽內，溶液在裝置體系內部進行循環，有價金屬離子通過選擇性電解的作用從電解溶液中分離出來并吸附至陰極板上。桶狀產品通過專用產品采集裝置進行采集，粉體產品通過專用粉體采集系統自動進行。桶狀產品進一步通過后序配套的產品加工裝置制成板體產品。與之配套的能夠在高電流密度、高效率運作的智能電源分配裝置系統和綜合控制系統，采用冗余硬件系統和全數字軟件式高精度觸發調節控制器，雙工熱備用，抗諧波干擾、抗強磁場干擾，與總控PLC系統通訊共同完成電解電流的智能控制。結合自動控制系統專利技術，實現生產過程中對流量、液位、溫度等的自主檢測，確保規模化生產中準確性與可靠性操作。

1.3旋流電解技術的優勢

這是該標準第二次公開征求意見。第一次征求意見稿于2008年3月向社會公布，距今已時隔五年。該標準的編制工作于2003年啟動，目的是為防治環境污染、維護生態平衡、保護人體健康，控制有色金屬工業污染物排放，促進有色金屬工業生產技術裝備和污染控制技術的進步。

在編制工作啟動的十年間，包括錫、銻、汞在內的有色金屬產業發展迅猛。由于缺乏國家層面的污染物排放標準，有色金屬產業已成為重要的環境污染源，且污染事故頻發。

征求意見稿對錫、銻、汞采選及冶煉工業企業生產過程中水污染物和大氣污染物排放限值、監測和監控要求等作出了明確規定。

征求意見稿尤其明確了“容易發生嚴重水污染問題而需要采取特別保護措施的地區”和“容易發生嚴重大氣環境污染問題的地區”的錫、銻、汞及其化合物在污水和廢氣中的排放限值。這些排放值標準在一定程度上填補了現有標準的空白，如《污水綜合排放標準》（GB 8978-1996）僅規定了污水中總汞的排放標準，并未涉及錫、銻的排放含量。

中國是全球最大的錫生產國，銻礦、汞礦的總保有量也分居世界第一、第三。中國同時也是這三種有色金屬的主要消費國和排放國之一，僅汞排放就占全球排放總量的四分之一。

2013年10月，中國政府代表團將出席由聯合國環境規劃署舉辦的《水俁公約》簽約會議。《水俁公約》是全球首個具有法律約束力的限汞公約，公約要求締約國在15年內逐步淘汰所有汞礦并在公約生效三年內減少甚至禁止使用汞。 除行業特征污染物外，征求意見稿還對氨氮、COD（化學需氧量）、六價鉻等18項水污染物和二氧化硫、氟化物、顆粒物等11項大氣污染物做出了限額規定。

中國正在面臨有色金屬工業發展所帶來的環境和健康挑戰。國家已采取相應措施，加速有色金屬工業的減排工作。根據《重金屬污染綜合防治“十二五”規劃》規定，到2015年，重點區域鉛、汞、鉻、鎘和類金屬砷等重金屬污染物的排放，比2007年削減15%。

傳統的工藝包括物理，化學，生物方法，它們可以有效的降解大部分污染物（除難降解物質），排入環境之前利用上述技術提高水質。然而，在經過這種處理工藝后，其廢水中仍有大量的殘留污染物。因此，有必要盡可能多的去除這些廢水中的污染物，有效解決有機化合物或其它還原性污染物造成的COD濃度高、難于生化處理等問題。

針對現有技術中存在的上述問題，本公司自主研發了密閉式活塞流電催化裝置及處理方法，它有效解決有機化合物或其它還原性污染物造成的COD濃度高、難于生化處理等問題，廣泛適用于水處理及其他環保領域。

該技術優勢：1）短流程、無需添加化學藥劑的印染廢水深度處理及回用的電催化氧化技術及其處理系統集成；2）與電催化氧化技術相匹配的超濾+反滲透為組件的廢水回用及膜濃水達標排放技術。

旋流電解電絮凝技術具體原理：

（1）Fe2+與Fe3+的循環還原氧化作用

電解過程中，鐵陽極氧化電解，使得Fe被氧化為Fe3+。從鐵的電極電位可以知道，在金屬活動順序表中排在鐵后面的金屬有可能被鐵置換出來而沉積在鐵的表面上。

同樣，其他氧化性較強的離子或化合物也會被鐵或亞鐵離子還原成毒性較小的還原態。有文獻介紹，鐵的還原能力可使某些有機物還原成還原態。硝基苯可被活性金屬還原成胺基就是其中一例，還原后的胺基有機物色淡，且易被微生物氧化分解，使廢水中的色度得以降低，可生化性提高，為進一步的生化處理創造了條件。

（2）物理吸附

由于Fe3+極易水解生成氫氧化鐵膠體沉淀，在弱酸性溶液中，氫氧化鐵膠體豐富的比表面積顯出較高的表面活性，能吸附多種金屬離子及有機分子，能促進金屬和有機分子的去除。在酸性條件下，Fe2+與Fe3+是很好的絮凝劑，把溶液pH調至堿性會形成Fe(OH)2和Fe(OH)3絮凝沉淀。由于電解過程有電荷配合作用，使得生成的Fe(OH)3膠體絮凝劑的吸附能力高于一般藥劑水解得到的Fe(OH)3吸附能力。這樣，廢水中原有的懸浮物，通過電解反應產生的不溶物以及有機物降解大分子均可被其吸附凝聚。

（3）高電流密度電場對有機物大分子的降解作用

有學者研究發現，在高電流密度電場的作用下，有機物大分子會發生降解反應，因此會出現鈷離子從Co、Ni螯合物結構中解脫出來，并且在二價鐵的配合作用下，這種反應的速度會加快。
